Well, I'd have the engine checked out for hydrolocking.

If you can't swap interior out, then I suggest you open the car up and let it dry VERY well, otherwise you'll be mildew king.

Basically dry what you can and dont run the car for a while until electrical crap has a chance to try out.

the main thing your wanting to watch out for is hydrolocking, and electrical shorts.

interior isn't quite so bad but still needs to dry.

Jesus.

Well understand a few things here.

Your differential is vented. So it is possible that water entered your dif.

Ditto for a manual transmission.

If I were you, I would:

-pull the spark plugs. Put some new engine oil in each spark plug hole. Not a shitpile.
-change the oil in the engine.
-turn the engine over, a little at first, with the spark plugs pulled.
-change the oil in the dif.
-change the oil in your manual trans. (auto? I'm not sure. If it was me I'd change it anyway. Can't hurt.)
-Use a shop vac and vacuum the entire interior as best you can.
-inspect all fuse boxes, fuses, relays, and wiring for water/water damage. Use a hair dryer to dry any wet areas.

Other things could be damaged as well, like your starter or abs sensors on your brakes.

But I would start there.

also since your in VA there is a company that does housecalls for wetvac. they work wonders bro....WTF is there name........give me a minute..........looking. i think its east coast carpet care (or something like that). i had a 5 gallons of gatorade explode in my car and i called them up, they came like 2 1/2 hours later and put some shit on it, wetvac it all out and i tell you what there was no damage. might want to check them out if they are not too busy, but with all the flooding there im sure they might be! sorry to hear about the weather there. im coming back there in a few months and that is one thing i really hate is the rain storms over there. that water piles up quick in VA Beach!!!

+1 to zip's advice, I'm also hoping that by now you took off your intake to help it dry out a little quicker. Also you might be able to see if there's any signs of water inside the throttle body. And plus one to having somebody come and professionally clean the interior. The foam in those seats soaks stuff up, and that dirty water is gonna smell bad...

i had a freakin firehydrant pour into my vert a few years ago when i left the top down and went inside somewhere to get some foods and the asshole insurance dude kept putting me off on seeing it so i wetvac'd all the water out , left the top down for it to air dry alllllllllllll damn day and it was pretty good after that. i just did a good carpet shampoo job after that and the interior was good

as far as the electronics in your car, how deep was the water INSIDE? i konw when i was doing vehicle appraisals water that got more than a few inches deep inside ruined the airbag electrical units that were under the seats and those things were expensive as fuck.

+1 to Zip.

I'd take all the seats out, and rip the carpet out. Take a rag, clean the floorboard by hand. Then take a steam cleaner and steamclean the entire carpet as good as possible.

Good call.

It's actually not ridiculously hard to take the carpet out.

Exactly. It's like a 30 minute job to take it out. Roughly and hour job to get it back in lol.

Find a starting point and go from there. Most of it is pinched under the console and seats. You'll need to take both front and back seats out (5 minutes) then on the back seat lip there are some bolts or screws there. Take those out. Then go to the driver area and start pulling up from there. then take a flat tip screw drive and caress it out from under the door trim and the center console. Be careful though.

Pull the seats, console, footwell kick panels, and rocker trim panels, and you will begin to see how easy it is.
