anybody like them? i saw them in atlanta a few minutes ago and they are hands down the best live band i've ever seen, and i wasn't even that big of a fan. i met them after the show and got hooked up with free tickets to tomorrow night's show.. anybody around here interested?

I've listened to a few of their songs.
How do you get all these tickets man? Seems like very time I'm on you won more tickets.

lol, this was a free show at criminal records for the local radio station, but after the show i started talking to matt shultz (lead singer) and he asked if i was going to their show tomorrow night and i said i would if i had tickets and he gave me two free tickets right there. he is the most energetic mother fucker i've ever seen. their 4 song set was 10 times better than motley crue and godsmack combined. i was so close to them that when matt started jumping around and doing his weird ass dance with his eyes closed, i literally had to step back so he wouldn't headbutt me.. they were all real nice people too.. real friendly. definitely a must see band.

somebody asked how they got their song "aint no rest for the wicked" in the video game borderlands and he said "i don't know" then the guy asking the question said "what, you just got a phone call one day?" and matt said "not really" then the other guy said "so a check just showed up one day?" and matt was like "no" and he went on to say that cage the elephant was eating in a mexican restaurant one night when the commercial for borderlands came on and their song was playing in the commercial. that was when they first found out it was in the game. he said that nobody believed him when he told everybody it was him singing the song in the commercial lol

It's awesome when people like that aren't stuck up pricks.

I would love to see them in concert but they arent in michigan anytime soon.
