I put 10Dec on the first page, but I might change it to the 15th depending on how this goes.

Edit:

I'll be out of town for the midle of december...I plan on getting everything mailed out around the 22nd or so....I'm going to wait about a week after the closeout to ensure that all mailed packages go out at the same time.
