Whats the one single food you HAVE to have on T-Day

My son gets pissed if I even mention not having stuffing. To me, I dont care at all. I've been talking to people lately (younger peeps like 20-25) that are really serious about traditional Thanksgiving foods. I find it odd because I don't really care so much. I would just assume make a standing rib roast or something else. Maybe its because in certain families there are awesome recipes that have been around for awhile for certain things. IDK.

What food MUST you have at Thanksgiving?

Cranberries not from a can and my mom's Pecan pie.

I don't do turkey, but usually a roast beast of some sort (this year I got a nice 4 lb Buffalo roast).

Kick ass! Make some with the Turkey leftovers. My wife says I make them like a "white boy". She makes the masa then I will stuff them with all kinds of shit. One time I put pepperoni and cheese inside and it was good as hell. Another time I filled it with cheese and broccoli. I love tomales.

Dinner wise Ill eat anything, long as theres at least two meats im good. For dessert there better be brownies or cookies and whipped cream, and no cool whip IS NOT the same.
