I know right. In all actuality, I'm busting these southerner's balls about what 'real' snow is, but truth be told, *knock wood*, we've not had one snowfall here yet. THose are last year's pics I'm using.

Last year by this time we had received 40 inches of snow.

its finally getting cold here...I was walking around without a jacket last night also it was in the 50's lol. I'm leaving for 3 weeks in january and heading to miami to avoid some snow. Shoveling is the most tiring thing you can do after working 10 hour days. Then you have to worry about how you're going to get places, because no one knows how to drive when it snows and idiots throw the snow back in the street when the plows come down the street. Plus its fucking cold lol

Yeah. It's 32 here right now. Cold, but not bad for here. Normal for this time of year at this time of the evening is maybe like 22-24.

Amen to shovelling. Try it our after a 70 hour work week, a 6 hour drive home through the shit, and then shovelling the snow onto banks that are over your head. Just so you can get your car in the driveway. lol

i feel your pain these guys in the warmer weather would hate it too if they had to shovel the shit up and salt their sidewalks. It'll be in the low 40's during the day tomorrow and upper 30's at night. I'm going out I don't care about the snow or the cold. I'll just wear a jacket...for the first time this year

I've been trucking into the south for 20 years. The difference isn't all that great, and in fact, in many places up here you can get moisture with your cold.


I made a delivery in Saskatchewan once with the temperature of -48f. The humidity was also high, so it was like breathing ice cubes. Stood out in that shit for 5 hours.

It all depends on the day really.

You're right.

Damn. I've always said I like the cold better than my Texas 110 degree, no breeze, 90% humidity days.. for the fact that I could always put on another layer of clothing in the cold. But what happens when it starts pouring down rain..

Not so sure. I guess for me, I enjoy change, and when you're working out in 110 degree weather it is quite easy to say you like the cold better.

Lemme tell you there's nothing like spending 5 hours outside in -50 degree weather. Had 5 layers of clothing on, and it was still dangerous.
