2011 Mustang GT

In case everyone does not know this info the 2011 GT will be a 5.0 and bost a whopping 415HP if I remember that is like 10-15 shy of the Camaro SS remember where lighter!! lol Also the V-6 version will be a 3.8?? and be DOHC an bost a whopping 305HP!!!! Can't forget either it also gets 30MPG!!!!!! Just some info I thought I would share.

Read this about the 2011 gt
3.7L V6 to be rated at 315 horsepower: Same as 2010 GT; 15 hp more than Camaro V6
No immediate plans for EcoBoost V6 Mustang due to small horsepower gap between EcoBoost and 5.0L V8 (365 vs 400)
2011 Mustang GT to be rated at 400 horsepower, will get increase in 2012
2011 Mustang GT to get 6-speed transmission and variable valve timing
2011 Mustang GT Track Pack to include Brembo brakes
2011 Mustang GT 5.0L V8, 6-speed, track pack, Brembo brakes ran even with 414-hp BMW M3, which is 200 lbs lighter, at GingerMan Raceway in South Haven, Michigan
2011 Shelby GT500 to get Aluminum Block
Next special edition: 2012 Boss

it was more than likely posted in the 99-04 section and moved since it isnt tech. alot of people dont venture into the CB and this stuff happens

I just dont know if I will be able to let my 08 go.... haha as nice as those new ones are going to be, I just cant see myself getting rid of mine. And there is no way I would be able to have them both...

thats why i won't be getting 1 new. gonna wait a little while after mine's paid off. that way i can have the Boss as a DD and turn the 07 into a track car

True mine will be paid off on 2012 so who knows what I will do. I know mine is going to be a track car. But I might have to get a truck to haul the GT.
