Site for custom sub enclosures?

So I have been thinking about putting a small sub in my explorer, but I dont want a box in the back ( I often put my seats down to haul stuff in the back ). I have seen lots of factory looking boxes that fit under the back seats and whatnot but cant find one for my make and model. Anyone have a good site that sells them? Or know of a good one for a 2006 Explorer? If I cant find one I will have to make one, but would rather just buy one that fits great than spend the effort to build one that fits decent.

Thanks and reps!

You don't have a local stereo shop around? If not I can go in the store around here and see what boxes they have and where they get them from.

Theres one here in town, but they produce mediocre work and would rather build one myself than have them overcharge me for something that is less quality than what I could have done.

I looked at them, but all I could find is one for a 2006 explorer sport trac.

i highly doubt you will be able to find a prebuilt one, if there isnt one on ebay i doubt someone will have it. youll have to build it

unless, did you look at the mtx fiberforms or whatever they are calling them?

There's a company on eBay. Let me see if I can find them.

In the mean time check out eBay for one 1FF.

I agree with weems here. I went into the local shop and asked them if they built custom boxes. When they said they did, I asked them how much. Seemed fair compared to the cost of prefabbed ones.

depending on what year your Explorer, if you want a prefabed one, i would look into
Thunderform Series FEX10 | Mazda - Navajo 1991-2001 | MTX Audio
Thunderform Series FEXST01 | Ford - Explorer Sport Trac 2001-2009 | MTX Audio
Ford Explorer Stealthbox by JL Audio
Q Customs Vehicle Specific Subwoofer Enclosures | Q Logic Enclosures

They are all gonna be similar but may offer different little things here and there and prices will reflect. Ive personally installed the JL stealthbox and the qlogic enclosures and they were nice.
