i'd say the decision comes down to what he wants the car for. if he wants straight line performance like no other, an all around cool car, and wants to stay with a mustang, yeah, the termi is the obvious choice. If he wants something that's going to be more comfortable than megan fox's tits, will still turn heads, be faster than chuck norris, and handles really well (all in all, more of a highway warrior than a drag racing monster) then there's no question that he should get the AMG. There is nothing "old man" about the AMG, this isn't a 370z or a corvette, both of which come stock with a prescription for viagra. And yes, i do have first hand experience with both cars, as I also am friends with an e55 AMG owner, and i must say i'd trade my mustang and my left kidney for that car. it's so boss it belongs at the end of super mario, imho.

Also, 1FF, i know you've owned some sick cars, and that cobra you're building is going to be a monster, but to say that you've owned more sweet cars than Brett has sat in is just ridiculous. A short list of the cars we have been privileged to have been in is the Endless S15, the Black Beauty R34 Skyline, Big Bird (the yellow fast and furious skyline), the world challenge Viper, 1300rwhp supras, a RHD TT Toyota Soarer, A 1000+ hp RB26 swapped FD Rx-7, R33 skylines, R32 skylines. There's more, but that's just what I can come up with off the top of my head. If you have owned more sweet cars than this, i tip my hat to you sir.

having worked on termis and AMG's Id get the termi. Mercedes are nice, but a lot to fix if something goes wrong. Also I dont like Merc's at all. they are way to mellow, same problem I have with the 05-09 gt's I want to feel my power and while it is fast in the amg you wont feel your speed in power with so much comfort built in. now if you want a comfortable car thats fast and feels slow get the amg

won't feel the power? please go drive an E55...it will throw you in your seat. The E63 has even more torque. Again I prefer the termi because it's easier for me to work on and I love the exhaust and supercharger but those AMG benz's are far from being too comfortable to feel the power.

My former JACKASS nieghboor had a c63 AMG, brand new all black, the car was NICE. A few times when i had to yell at the penis about reving his car all the time i looked at the interior and it was just amazing, the rims and rotors where suxy as hell! However this dumbdumb put some kind of aftermarket mufflers on his car and it sounded like poo. Arent these cars that are high dollar tuned to have what is on the car?

IMO that e55 amg is not that cool looking at all, i dont know crap about those cars but the cl-63 or 65 what ever..now that is a sick looking car.
