while i see your point green, trigger control and the fact that you shouldnt have your finger on the trigger untill its time to shoot leads me to feel ok about having a weapon mounted light..... but at the same time, i have a surefire c2d defender next to the 1911 on my bed side table....

I'm going to be buying myself a weapon light here soon.

I like the idea of a weapon light because you can still use a two handed grip on the weapon, you can't drop the light, it is easier to clear rooms with a weapon mounted light, and it is always with the gun.

Just my $.02.
