I'm on a roll

So a few people heard that a while back my whole situation in life was basically shit. I'd just like to let you all know that things are now firmly back on track, and I believe credit goes to faith and patience in this case.
We are going from being a single income, no car, barely paying the bills in our 1100 sq ft apt to a dual income ( I got hired at lowes making a penny less per hour than my fiancee currently makes) with two cars (one paid off, the other will be paid off in 8 months) and check out the housing situation:
Our lease is going to be up soon and to renew it we would be paying 955 a month plus 20 a month for the valet trash service which till now has been free. Well we said fuck that and went house shopping. We found a fairly new house in a nice neighborhood. It's a two story, 3 bed 2.5 bath with 1700 square feet, a garage, front/back yard, big living room, and an upstairs loft which is the size of my current living room. It is going to run us 925 a month on a 24 month lease.
Cliff's notes:
No car to two cars
Doubled our family income
Moving to bigger, nicer home with lower rent.
