BUying A new HOUSE!...first time
Well i'm getting stationed in Charlottesville VA for the next 3 years so I decided not to get a small apartment.
I found this 4 bed room 2200 sq foot town home with a 2 car garage! It's still being built and won't be finished untill june but that sucker is sweet! 3 levels and the basement is going to BE ALL MINE! A bar and a game room are going down there with lots of beer(2 40'" LCD TVs with playstations). I finally get to have a garage and have a full TOOL SET!###!@#@#@. I'm inviting you all there in june for a party....you have to buy your own plane tickets though, unless you live near there.
