Its been a while and things have been crazy! My wife hurt her knee and has been on crutches for almost a month now. Its getting better, but she can't stand on it. This still means that i have to do all the laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc. (sucks)

My house is getting a full remodel on the outside. We pulled down a termite ridden fence and i could karate chop 2x4s in half, easily. 4x4s had spaces where there was no wood. The stupid idiots used regular lumber sitting in the dirt! Now its pressure treated and plastic (fake wood). We filled up an entire full size dumpster. We moved the tiles to the back of the house, tore down the old shed (filled the living room with junk). Stamped concrete will come in once we trench for gas lines to both fire places. New shed after that (16'x7').

I am also in the process of putting a new garage door in. My jeep was hitting the top so i can't lift it any more. Its a full custom install (ie toss out the directions). Hacked up the stucco and moved it out about 8". I only had 2" of total clearance between my climbing wall and the back, so parking the jeep was tricky. Its getting there, but still needs the spring, molding, and hook up to the opener. I am gaining about 14" of height too! Now i can put 35s on it

My real job has been wild for the last few months. No time to play online Things have calmed down now that the validations are done. So, you guys will see more of me

On to the good stuff. The dyno shop is almost operational. We have the dyno in place and the lift is now operational. We still need a couple more concrete anchors (store was sold out) and we sill need to bolt the dyno down. It was a super heavy lift (12K lb), and lifting the ram to the top was a bit scary. We estimate it to be about 700-800lbs. With 9 guys on it it was still tricky. Good thing it didn't fall and crush some friends!! That would have sucked! We got the electrical hooked up for the huge exhaust fan (18,000 cfm). I also have a new invention that hopefully will come to market soon. Its more for constructions guys than car guys, but i'll post up if i get around this patent issue.

Or you could just charge $1000 per tune and cut just about everyone a 90% break ( except for MP ofcoarse ).
