Haha that still annoys me. If they're in my way of something I'll usually just hop on the bench or machine next to them and do twice the weight they did. After that they tend to go away.

thats what i had to do today, some kid was rippin his shirt off when he got on the bench, threw on like 150lbs repped it 4 times barely and got up all tough.... im guessing he was probably 160lbs or, so im about the same..... i asked him if he's done, i get "yeah brah, want me to help you get all this weight off." haha, i laughed in my head.. no thanks i got it.... lemme just put another 35 on there real quick, gotta warm up... ya know... he didnt go near the bench again...

I've always had the mentality that your six pack doesn't count unless you can bench your body weight and squat twice that.

We do know that just cause you can lift more don't mean you are necessarily stronger right? I know it sounds weird but its true.

I mean i get the point tho, Its the baddass (well people who think they are) But yet cant lift shit, and have a bird chest.
