Finally! Got a NEW GUITAR!

www.ibanez.com/acoustic/guitar.aspx?m=EW20ASENT

That's the one I got. Fn sweet.. now I just need some software for my computer so I can start recording some of my songs. Hell yeah! I know we've got a few guitarists here on MM - tell me whatcha think. I think 280 bucks well spent, that's what I think 'specially when they retail at guitarcenter for over 500. Don't suppose anyone is interested in a 1999 Yamaha acoustic (non-electric) model F-335 "starter" guitar? PM if so otherwise I'm keepin it for my future son to jam with me

Hell yeah I am damn excited after 5 years with the same guitar finally got a new one! (I hate spending money but hey it makes me happy at least)

nice looking guitar. Never played an Ibanez acoustic not a fan of there electrics though. Google audacity it is great free recording and mixing program then go to guitar center and get a light snake for a mic (or guitar jack if you have an electric). It is mic (or guitar jack) to usb and is great quality and easy recording plug and play stuff. the light snakes are like 30 bucks apiece

Nice guitar, snaker. My first electric guitar was a single pickup Ibanez, I learned my first bar chords on that baby, and it rocked.

yeah I play nearly 100% country songs so this Ibanez (being that it's an ash guitar) has a really rich, deep country twang to it and I fell in love with it immediately. For a cheap, single pickup acoustic-electric, this guitar rocks. Not to mention it's got a self-tuning device on it and it's the only guitar I've ever owned with that shnazzy ability.

That thing looks really nice. How does the pickup sound?

I have been playing 5 years but was a little spoiled my first guitar was a 1957 Gibson sj-45, and my first electric was a 69 fender thinline and a 75 Hot Rod DeVille 212 for an amp.
