running songs

anyone have suggestions for good running songs?

I have a bunch but with the amount im running everyday im burning thru the ones that use to get me pumped.

no country what so ever, thanks

Here's some songs that are on the playlist i listen to while working out...

12 stones-anthem for the underdog
Avenged Sevenfold-bat country
Breaking Benjamin-Blow me away, and...I will not bow
Crossfade-no giving up
Disturbed-indestructible, inside the fire, ten thousand fists, and...this moment
korn-twisted transistor
Rise Against-drones, give it all, under the knife
The Legion of Doom-lolita's medicine
Three days grace-break
Trapt-headstrong

I'm not sure what gets you goi but these songs usually do the trick for me...i've got more if you want em too, just figured i'd give you some to see if you liked them enough to want more haha.

Thanks for reminding me about system of a down, i mean holy crap they used to be on our soccer warm-up music CD in high school and god does their stuff really get ya goin...And yes to all of the rest of the music...two weeks is a bangin song too!

I used to run to the entire Toxicity CD way back in the day.

This song has great rhythm for running.

My running songs and my workout songs are completly different. For running I like something more chill that when I sing it helps regulate my breathing. I find that when I am jammin out to heavy shit that I can not get my breathing right if I start singing. The more mellow stuff (Jack Johnson, OAR) always seem to allow me to breathe better. I actually have a bunch of Army cadence on one of my iPod shuffles that I run with and that is wonderful However people look at me real funny when I am running around going "c130 rillin down the strip!"

I hear ya, dude- I can't run to fast and hard songs. I tried running to Fear Factory once, and that just did not work for me.

The Linkin Park/Jay-Z collaboration is awesome for running. Crystal Method, Prodigy, Drowning Pool, Disturbed... all good for roid raging
