TWO trays!

Plus some brownies for later. Made the sauce yesterday so it could sit and "come together" a bit. Used fresh sausage, a little ground beef and ground turkey for the meat. Both trays cost about $14 to make of which $7 was the cheese. I should get about 8 good squares out of each pan for a total of 16. For less than a $1 a meal...giddy up. I got my zip lock storage containers ready to go so I can freeze some for the next few weeks. I havent done 2 trays in a while. Damn I love lasagna.

Actually, Stouffers isnt too bad but it gives me a stomach ache from hell sometimes. Check this out....after it came out..the cheese baked up real nice..

You can see the basil and I put on top.

Looks good man.
I made mah' Chicken tonight.

Cut boneless breasts 90% in half.
Fill with part skim mozzarella/cheddar/diced ham/diced tomatoe
Hot fry on one side for 2 min.

Then egg it and bread it in shake and bake.
Then bake for 20 at 450F.

came out great with a side of mashed and snow peas.

We cheated and didnt make the toast...we had Texas Toast from the freezer which is better than anything I can make anyway. That shit rocks. As far as wine go's, I suck...and I got alot of hillbilly in me so I drink Mountain Dew with all my fabulous dishes. Wfiey drinks the wine (of course only the best you can buy in a box).

This was definately packed in there. As you build each layer, I use the back of the spoon to push out any air before building the next. On a side note, wifey likes the way I pack it in. She likes it to really fill up all the space not leaving any air at all behind. Sometimes I pack it in so hard she says its a little too much....but she still takes it like a champ!

Sounds good....you didnt happen to get a picture? You've posted some mighty fine looking meals in the past.

I think I might have to try that one. Kind of like a Cordon type thing?

And the Texas Toast IS the best....and box wine is also good stuff so yeah. Totally jealous.
