well state farm hehe valued mine at 750 with the lens which is wonderful because i barley paid half that so why not lol.

Just be careful not to over insure it. They only owe you to repair/replace it. It's not a stated value - it's a coverage limit. Which means - lets say it's stolen and you have it insured for $750 but you only paid $325. Chances are, State Farm Replacement Services can buy the same camera for that price as well - or less. That's all they'll give you.

So if you have a policy like this - it's good to go through and adjust values as the value of the item changes.

Same for jewelry - gold and diamonds go up in value - get your high dollar stuff appraised every 2 or 3 years and adjust your policy if you need to.

Just a heads up....you are the one that needs to be sure your coverage is correct. Your Agent can help guide you, but ultimately, it's your choice.
