How do you live in the middle of no where, but know what your neighbor does to dogs? I live way out in the country and no one is around to see what I do. I could shoot every dog, deer, coyote, etc. and no one would know b/c there's no one around.

Yes but we are talking about animals that took down a 3 year old horse of mine, my dad did what he thought to protect me.

My neighbor about a mile down the road does. He'll shoot any dog that walks in his front yard. And everyone hates him.

Don't blame you. Like I said we know our neighbors dogs, and if they come on the property we call the owner

Its not because your "scared" of a rabbit dog.

I know what you mean, but yes we are. We have rabies cases and don't want our animals or us exposed to them.

Because ive had tons of stray dogs run into my front yard and those things are so scared of humans and other dogs its un beliveable. If I walk outside they take off like a bat out of hell. Or the same for when I let my dogs out.

Just one day those dogs in your frontyard decide to come after you I'll feel bad

So why do you shoot any dog without a collar? I dont know. Mabey you guys fell better about yourself and it makes you feel like you accomplish something? IDK but thats your problem

My dad did it to protect me, my little brother (who got bit by a stray), our animals, and my mother. My brother got bit by a stray when he was 6, my dad never trusted strays after that again, it was a lab btw. wasn't just your regular crazy pit, it was a dog you wouldn't think that would do it

No the guy picked it out for me. I had a blister on my thumb because his had the lines, but the hammer is going to be smooth on mine. So excited. I just have to get use to shell shock, take about a headache
