WOOOOW! Locked keys in your car??? This Really works!!

well I just found this out and I found it to be false but it really does work! EVEN 500 miles away!

OK ever lock your keys in your car?
well did you know that you can use your cell phone to help you out?
OK say you locked your keys in your car and your on a trip and the 2nd key pad is at home....what you would then need to do is call your wife or whom ever with another cell phone and have them grab the keys and push unlock on the cars key pad. and pooof your car is now open. I didnt believe this but it is true! you can send the signal from your key pad through your cell phone!
go try it! its bad ass!

I locked the keys in my car and I called my wife on her cellphone, I asked her to hit the button on her keychain to let me in. She did and it worked. She looked at me after I got in and said we were lucky she brought her set with her or we would have had to call AAA.

I feel like you are both shitting me. I have a feeling this is a scam to get stupid people to go lock their keys in their car just so you can laugh about it....Tommorrow I shall try it.

I tried it with my viper and it didnt work. Its worked w/ some people that I know but they say that it has to be close to the same freq. I dont know.

I tried it with my car right out in the driveway and my husband in the house and it didnt work, so I dont know

it doesn't work.

the waves on a phone are sound waves... the waves on MOST* car clickers are encrypted waves

so it would work in about 2% or cars.

well i tried it twice today....the 1st time i was on my way home from work....n it didnt work....then i tried it again going to wallgreens and it worked.....WTF?

ok another one that can be debated is if your a lil further from you car and you hit the lock/unlock button on the key pad and its out of range put it up aginst your throat n hit it. I do it all the time and it seems to give it a lil added range. i have no idea why....lol

Well, the human body caries static and works like a antenna... thats wy when you touch a radio antenna, or are and Ipod FM transmitter you get better reception.
