That last point was enlightening... what if cell phone companies withheld how many minutes were in your plan but exercised their right to drop you as a customer when you exceeded you limit? I didn't know that about Comcast, but I bet things will change as people start to complain about this topic more and more in the future. Personally I like Comcast and it's not just because my cousin works for the company and scored me with a pretty good deal on my digital cable box.

I think this is true because when I had comcast I downloaded big torrents alot and it always cut out and I was unable to get online... fixed the problem though, by switching to WOW never had the problem again...

I'm not sure if the Fiber Optic Cable here is fast tho, all I know is my Cable now gets me at least 8 mbps.

wha? It's 15 down, 3 up. at least here. If you pay for 15 mb/s download, you get 15 down.

My buddy has it where he lives now, he clocked it one night at 16 mb/s down... God I can't wait to get on FiOS.

Verizon... and the home user is where they're going to make the most money. I'm a shareholder of a second company who installs the interior fiber into each apartment in a complex. Pretty badass little stuff. Glass and light, that's all it is.

we had cocast in CO and the only problum we had with them is that the dude that came over to our house to hook it up told my sisters to shut the fuck up when they where upstairs playing. I Then stood up got in his face and told him to leave right now.......yeah we got some FREE shit!
