Im letting him do his thing. It just sounds funny. Why cam ANYTHING for that matter if it gets you from A to B? Why drive when we have legs to walk on? I wouldn't care if someone did the same with my car.

This IS a MUSTANG site, and Im sure about 88% of the members here laugh at hondas/imports.....Why is his post any different from the next guys? Sure its THAT guys car, he can do what he pleases with it; but heaven forbid somebody make a comment about how they don't like it or think it sounds funny.

On a side note I am an all makes/models kind of guy. I like pretty much anything with wheels. Hell there are hondas and other imports that I have seen that I would drive the wheels off of.

I can appreciate most cars, except the prius...

Hell, before I bought my truck, and didn't think I was going to be able to afford something like this, I was looking at the Kia Forte' Koup because I'm crazy and I like the way it looks, plus you could get it as a 6spd.

wouldn't a cam in a honda defeat the purpose of VTEC? i mean, unless you drop an ungodly amount of money on a cam with multiple profiles, but i somehow doubt a civic ex owner would spend that kinda coin

Nope. Does not defeat it at all. You still have both profiles. I looked in to camming my DOHC motor in my Honda that I had. Just got rid of the car before I did it.

I find it funny how many people on here dog imports. That is what I don't get? Way too much blind brand loyalty. I would take my built Honda over a lot of the cars on this site, as it would have walked a lot of the cars on this site. Hell, it was faster then my Cobra.
