Lays I'm going to kick your ass

I'm looking at this bag of Lays potato chips and I see "20 percent more chips" so I'm like "yay more chips," but when I opened them the bag was still only half full. The bag was less then half full and I was like "fuck you lays I hate you".

What the fuck is the deal with selling bags of potato chips that are only like half full? I feel gipped man. I feel like I'm being ripped off. I feel like I'm giving my money to the man and he ain't giving me anything back but a five minute snack.

um... cuz if they fill the whole bag they will get crushed and you won't have chips.. only crumbs!

Yeah, see, they intentionally break a few chips before they send them out from the factory. So instead of 10 whole chips, you get 8 whole chips and 4 broken chips.

10 pieces / 12 pieces. 20% more!!

maybe they made the bag bigger so it looks the same as it did when the bag was smaller but there is really more?

Maybe they took chips out of the regular bags for their 20% more campaign. Now the bigger bags are just as full as the regular bags used to be, and the regular bags now are REALLY empty.

They did it all by weight. They went from a certain oz of chips and added 20 percent.
