Weird technical facebook question reps for good answer

So basically i dont want it to show on my page when i like or comment on something , just when i type to share. any way to do this ?

There used to be a way to have it hidden, but I've looked all over the place and I can't find it anywhere!! Not everyone needs to know when I comment on someones pictures! Its ridiculous

If you go to a site that has lets you post comments with your facebook account, sometimes there will be a little check mark that says, post this too my wall.

I do not like how many sites are joining facebook. I keep getting paranoid like one day it's going to say

"Matt has just deposited a check for $600 and withdrew $150 at <insert bank here>"

Good places to rob him would be under where he said he is going tonight

"Matt just visited assworshipingrimjobbers.com, help him build his sperm bank farm"

account settings/customize settings, set everyting that you want to "friends only" or "only you"

didnt help at all . basically when i comment on lets say Jims wall i dont want it to say Kenpachi commented on Jims wall on my page.

I think the only thing you can do is just go to your profile, and "remove" them all, but you'll have to do that kinda often so that sucks.
