I cant stand geeksquad...As an IT person for the past 8 years geek squad is a disgrace to the IT community...Although I make quite a bit of money off their screwups when I come in and fix what they break...

Honestly, I don't think Geeksquad does any worse than those other "PC Repair" places. At least not the ones that employ high school or early college kids. Hell, if people who use a PC took the damn time to learn a little bit about what they are using then 90% of those companies would go out of business. They are all rip off artist, imo. But I'm not positive that those people don't deserve to be ripped off.
