The guy in the second vid in the Toyota forgot how to drive apparently. You never stop your truck on ice. Momentum is key. Even in 2wd

Both trucks stopped... they stopped intentionally to demonstrate how the diffs worked in the same conditions.

The Toyota spun one wheel, then the other one, back and forth.. sorta like an open diff. It never locked together.

The Chevy spun one wheel a round or so, then the other wheel locked in, and it climbed through it.

If they would've kept moving (like you woud do in REAL life) they wouldn't be able to demonstrate how the diffs worked.
