Hello everyone,

First let me start by saying that we are not a supporting vendor on this site. Although we have done work on Mustangs, we do not regularly sell products for Fords. However, we know that Mike of Kenne Bell is well known on this forum, and a great friend to the Mustang community and a lot of members on this site. We are not trying to sell product on this site, we simply want to raise money for Mike and his family (read below for more info).

A dear friend of ours, and of the performance community, Mike of Kenne Bell superchargers, recently learned that his wife, and mother of two young boys (ages 3 and 17 months), has inoperable stage 4 pancriatic cancer. This woman is only in her early 40's, and is the love of Mikes life. She is adored by her children, and the backbone to their family. She has been given only months to live, but is fighting with everything she has to beat the odds.

In order to help her in this battle, we are trying to relieve as much stress off of their family as possible. The best way we know how to do this is to provide some financial help. We want Mike to be able to give her anything she needs, in order to help her in her journey. We all know that money is the reason people cant do alot of things they need to do. If Mike wants to take time off work to be with his wife, he needs to know he has money set aside to help with those bills. If his wife wants to curl her toes on the beach of Hawaii, and smell the ocean air, Mike needs to have the financial ability to sweep her off her feet, and take her there. But if God forbid her journey is cut short, Mike needs to have the ability to cover the costs associated with the proper service. We have set up an account for their family to help pay for anything they may need to get through this time, whether it be doctor's bills, travel expenses, time off work, or anything else they may need.

We are hoping and expecting that anyone, and everyone who knows Mike from Kenne Bell superchargers (and even those who dont) will make a donation for this cause. Mike is a proud person, who will NOT ask for help. These proceeds are being given to him, so that he may focus on getting his wife healthy. Anyone who has lost someone close to them knows, that money is always the reason why that person can not go above and beyond for the health and support of their loved one. They either dont have enough money to take off work, take them to that special place, purchase that special item that their loved one has always wanted, pay for medical bills and co-pays, or at the very worst, pay the skyrocketing costs of a proper service.

So all in all, We want Mike to focus on loving his wife, and seeing her through these difficult times. His friends need to carry him, and give all the support they can possibly afford, and then some.

We are hoping to accumulate $15,000.00 over the next 30-60 days for Mike and his family. We have set up an account through paypal and have sent Mike a Paypal Visa debit card, that will allow him to access this money on a moments notice. He has all account information, and passwords, so this is atached to him 100%. With this, now, when he needs something, rather than trying to figure out how to come up with the money, he can simply go to the ATM or bank, and withdraw any amount he chooses. This way his only concern will be his wife, and children. We can NOT do it alone, so we need everyones help as much as possible.

Tons of websites that are completely legit get blocked every single day. Than the owners have to go through hoops to get them removed from the "attack list". Wasn't MM blocked before?

I have no idea. Its never been blocked since I've been coming here. Don't mean to offend anyone from what i've said. On the flip though i would hate to see some one just taking not only advantage of the person donating, but the situation mike is in as well.

Its sad but people will take advantage and scam people because of others misfortune. If it was so legit he could have contacted someone higher on this site and spoke to them about it.

I am absolutely disgusted with the comments on this thread...I understand that there may be some apprehension when someone new to a forum does a post like this, but to take a thread that was started in order to help out a dear friend going through very hard times, and turn it into a scam warning is ridiculous.

We are a large shop in Las Vegas, NV specializing in GM vehicles. Although we do work on Mustangs, because they are not a focus of ours we are not known in the Mustang community, nor do we sponsor this site. The only reason for being on this site is because we were referred here by a member of another Mustang site because Kenne Bell and Mike are well-known in the mustang community.

As far as our website being blocked...we are looking into this issue as it is something we have never come across before.

As to the legitimacy of this thread...We are one of the largest vendors, if not the largest, of Kenne Bell Superchargers for GMs. We are very good friends of Mike at Kenne Bell as well as many others there. I would welcome anyone who doubts us to call Kenne Bell directly to verify the legitimacy of this (909) 941-6646. You will more than likely have the call answered by Matt, Dan, or Mike himself. Or better yet, you can email Mike directly at Mike@kennebell.net and send him your prayers and well wishes.

If you do not wish to donate, or doubt our intentions, fine, but please do not clutter up this thread with your negative posts. Mike and his family are in dier need of these donations. As a note, those of you who are insistent on calling this a scam, you should hope that God forbid an illness like this strikes your family, that a vendor and friend of yours takes the time out to make an effort to raise money for the wellness of your family. Hopefully God forbid this happens to you, you don't have a bunch of people trying to railroad your efforts.

Nobody has said anything untoward in this thread regarding this situation. Surely you understand the internet world, and know that there have, sadly, indeed been scams of this sort run in the past. And since nobody knows you personally at this forum, and there were issues with the website being blocked, people were legitimately curious.

That curiosity was brought up in a perfectly mature manner, and all you had to do was answer the questions at hand.

I wish this man's wife the best, and will send many prayers and well wishes her way.

Apparently you dont understand how scammers work, its not that far fetched. We are in no way doubting whats wrong with mikes wife. We also help out alot on this site as far as donations go. We have people dedicated to arranging and the setting up of fundraisers. PM ninjawafers and get him involved, he is one of the guys who run it.


You cant honestly expect a different response then this with the way everything happened.
