is this worth it?

Okay, my friend wanted me to help her find a nice car for sale & I came across this yellow 05 mustang V6. It has front damage & 135K miles. They are selling it for $4500. do you think we should stay away from this, or go for it?
how much do you think it will cost to fix it counting the parts plus painting?
How many miles can these things hold up to? I've never had a mustang past 70K miles, So im not to sure lol.

I haven't talked with the owner yet (place was closed) so I don't know if anything else was damaged. but from the outside it looks like it needs Hood,Bumper, Fender, Headlight, and I just noticed from the pics, it looks like the driver side, side skirt needs replaced. (could just be the pic, I didn't notice this is person)

The damage don't look to bad, to wear it would hurt the integrity of the vehicle. I still say pass and find something less yellow.

PASS, thats way to many miles. You gonna need to replace every panel on the drivers side and prolly more underneath. Its not not it.

Just from what I can see, its going to need a hood, drivers side fender, bumper, headlight housing, lower grill, its also missing the drivers side sideskirting plus painting the parts. Also, the rear bumper on the drivers side doesn't look straight so there could be some other issues with the car. Its not even worth looking into IMO.

Alone the car is $4500 + taxes, license and all of that so you're looking at a little over 5k for the car itself, add in cost of other parts and labor plus the high mileage on the vehicle and you might as well buy a mid to low mileage 99-04 Mustang GT.

For what you're going to pay for that car to restore it, you could find one of the same year with under 50k.

Looks like everyone says to pass it up, so thats what im gonna do.
seems like by the time she puts all the money into fixing it up, she will prolly start having trouble with it.
but damn, they must have drove the shit out of that car lol
