CBS sports only allow one connection at a time?

I am trying to get on Sports - CBSSports.com Sports News, Fantasy Scores, Sports Video and my computer says its down, but my stepdad is on CBS sports in the living room I try to ping it and it says "General Failure" . Do they look at IP address and only allow one account to be logged in per IP address? Fucking weird that pathping, tracert or ping do not work at all. Is it down for anyone else?

The plot fucking thickens lol

I just heard about a bike wreck and I tried to go to kctv5.com our local CBS affiliate website and I was blocked there as well. I will clear browser cache, reset winsock and reboot.

EDIT: that fucking worked. Crazy shit
