Should I trust this Ebay seller?

It's a 3d carbon chin spoiler. I haven't found this on any site but I'll keep searching. I don't know whether or not to buy the spoiler from here or just buy a different chin spoiler from AM.

$191.04 as far as the ebay seller he has a 99.6% rating, I would trust that.
