Sleeping Schedule....

When my sleep schedule gets all out of wack and I'm staying up all night I just do like Six Banger said: force myself to wake up earlier with multiple alarms, exercise, and avoiding caffeine like it's arsenic.

That's what I thought a couple of days ago.

Friday night I got a couple hours sleep, stayed up all day Saturday. Saturday night I got an hours sleep, stayed up all day Sunday, last night not a fucking wink of sleep. I shut my eyes, I tried to get comfortable, even took sleeping pills. I am still awake. Phone interview went shitty cause I could not think when they ask questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the job. Tired exorcise too. Abs fucking hurt like hell

Go to bed at 1am to 3am then wake up at 7 for work every day no matter how bad i feel.

im not tired or stressed out usually.

My sleep schedule has been screwed up for the past three years. I have too work two weeks nights and two weeks days. Everytime I get my schedule back into a good rotation it changes at work and the process starts all over again. I hate shift work and don't recommend it too anyone.

Chocolate IF/when you join the navy ( to my understanding ) they will get your sleeping schedual on track lol

If i wanted to i could get on a sleeping schedual in about 2 sec. lol i just don't have the need to sleep much 6 hours is the most i need to function all day and not get tired till about 11pm and by then im either chilling or laying in bed on here.
