Sleeping Schedule....

has been out of wack lately. Been staying up til 3-4 . Anybody else do the same? I mean right now I'm up at 1:30 on MM writing a topic..... sigh..... I used to be on "track" but got off of it lately....

What should it be? Everyones is different... I have had some that require I be up at 5am so I try to be at bed by 8pm, now I'm doing the up at 1pm sleep at 3am

normally I go to bed at like 9-10...wake up at 7.. now its awake at 3 and wake up at 7....

My sleeping schedule is stay on MM til I can't keep my eyes open and then get up for work in the morning.....

then repeat.

I'm in the same boat man. I've gotten used to staying up until 4am and getting up at noon, but some days I have to be up at 6am and I'm lucky if I can fall asleep before 2am

I know it's so f'ing hard to break the pattern. last time i fell asleep before midnight was like a month ago

i stay up late cuz i work, and i get off anywher between 11-3am depending what dept i go to to get my hours
then im still up feeding my dog and running around with him in the dark, pissin on trees, no joke, then again im up around 9 so i can let him out again

been like that for over a year so kinda used to it

i've always stayed up late. I used to stay up till 1, then wake up at 4:30, then with the new job, along with the old one, i'd go to bed at 9, wake up at 4:30, work both jobs, then go to bed at 9 again. Now only working one job, i was going to bed at 9, waking up at 9, then repeating. Ended up getting too much sleep, now i go to bed around 12 or 2, then wake up at 9.
