If you have the money to spend or if your having a hard time asking for gifts (birthday, Christmas, or what ever) I do suggest you invest in this. Unless of course you live in a warm area. They have lots of different cold gear. women and mens. 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and several other kinds. Just thought i would share.

I picked one of these up last winter. Helped out a lot while I was shovelling snow...

UnderArmor of polypropaline will wick the sweat away from your body. This is actually the reason why it keeps you warm.

Polypropaline accomplishes the same thing as UA for a fraction of the cost. Put UA (or whatever choice that's similar) and wool and you will be warm. That's what I use and it has kept me warm everywhere from Colorado, the UP, and Alaska. The important thing is to get clothing that gets the water away from your body.

Im not saying that UA is junk, I was just saying that I have liked those other brands better. But then again the stuff I do outside is probably very different than the stuff you do outside so that would create a bias one way or another.

Actually my cold gear pants are kinda like long jogns. I have several pairs of long johns but wont wear them anymore since i have my UA.

I wear a lot of Under Armour products. It is ridiculously expensive though. I wear the cold gear under my uniform, as they are one of the only ones that make a nice fitting shirt that does not bulk up my blouse, keeps me warm, and comes in tan. I can not stand the Army issued crap.

I wear heat gear as an undershirt everyday. I have some that are 6 years old and still in good shape. I have a couple of reebok compression shirts, but I like the feel of the UA better.

I own a pair of UA shoes, but much prefer my Nike Free Air 3.0's to run in. For running though, I prefer my Nike gloves, and running pants/short over the UA stuff.

No they are not paying me but if there was a way to test there stuff before it goes out in mass production kinda like the chrome laptops. I would jump all over it.

I have really liked underarmor since the day they came out. For a few reasons. First it was pretty new tech when it came out and they pretty much mastered it. they were a bunch of college kids from maryland, and its a nice product.

Yup i will probobly never buy UA running shoes again. Don't like the feel of them that much.

And the only other complaint is the price. I mean 50 bucks for a 1.0 and nearly 100 for 3.0 cold gear. Thats one shirt BTW. Pants are about the same price.

I hate them. Thermals are supposed to be skin tight tho. Not constricting but snug. I hate when guys wear girl pants or tight guys pants. mine are always slightly loose but not hanging off my ass.

Id never buy underarmor. Unless it was for heat gear. That stuff is much cheaper and actually works pretty good.

Altho under my uniform I just work a regular soffee under shirt (the ones without the DSCP itchy ass tag GRRRR) And got them one size small (a medium) and they fit tight and kept me cool because they pulled away moisture. Still never bought the UA haha

The only reason I know heat gear is good is because I had a sleeveless one for football in HS


When its -20 in Northern Michigan I highly doubt a tight fitting spandex shirt will help me keep warm

Ill stick to my carhartt's and wool socks thank you very much lol.
