Anyone ever noticed that as soon as things start going well for you after a bad break up your ex inevitably decides they want to be in your life again? Me and this girl broke up last January. We were waiting for a little while to get married until I could afford a good ring but in all respects we were engaged. Anyway, being in another country with a big time difference and me working 16-20 hour days took its toll and she started dating another guy while I was in Thailand. After a long period of thinking of every female as a heartless/ soulless Spawn of Satan I finally came to my senses and just moved on. Now it seems like she's got a damn tracker on me. Every time I talk to or about a girl that I'm interested in she pops up out of the blue on facebook or text messages. She's engaged now to another guy that she tells me I should be friends with and says she's in love with him. She never tells him anything that would completely leave her vulnerable and we used to talk on a daily basis and she never once told him. She'd stop talking to m e when they went out of town with his family but as soon as they're back she'll text me while they're on dates and make up excuses to leave so she can call on Skype.

I'm actually really good friends with one of my ex's still. Another I still talk to. My most recent, we absolutely hate each other and I don't have a single good thing to say about her at this point. The rest I don't talk to anymore.

But in your position, I would tell your ex that she needs to stop that kind of stuff because it's making you uncomfortable and isn't fair to her fiance.

I had one crazy ex who cheated on me twice, I obviously broke it off. After about 3-4 months shed start calling menasking me to take her to lunch etc. I finally told her off when she asked me what I was doing career wise. Told her she had her chance to be a part of my life and screwed up and tO leave me alone. Haven't heard from her sense. That's been about 2 years ago now.

After a my last bad breakup i cannot seem to get away from my ex either. I'm not one to go from serious relationship back to best friends and she hates that. She is always trying to be my pal and stuff and it just bugs the hell out of me to the point that i just ignore her. It just so happened we had a semester class this year and she sat next to me all year long. Now finally that the semester is over i shouldnt have to see her everyday....but guess who just showed up at my house christmas eve, her.
And ever since i met this new girl she has only been bad mouthing my "relationship status" with the new girl. Since i'm not officially dating her she just assumes it must be a friends with benefits type of deal.

Regardless i understand where you are coming from ex's seem to always reappear

I've calmed down some now and realize it'll be fine. Talked to the girl that changed my mind shot all females being heartless and she brought a smile to my face. Got off the pone and instantly got another text and all I could was laugh and wish her a Merry Christmas. I'm done, just gonna ignore her now. Thanks for the vent time MM

Good job ignoring her. I have an ex that I dated for a year and a half, she broke up with me (still don't know why) but I don't care anymore. Found out she talks shit about me on a daily basis for no reason still to this day and we have been broken up for the better half of a year now. After I heard that I knew she was just crazy, so now I am glad we aren't dating anymore. lol.

i had my ex wife call me the day i was leaving for my last deployment. she called to tell me that her lawyer told her that if our divorce wasn't final before she had the baby (not mine), that i would be on the birth certificate as the kid's father. then on top of that, she had the brass balls to ask if i would mind if she was on the pier when the boat pulled back in because she wanted me to meet the baby...

what i didn't know at the time was that the guy she was seeing after we separated (Frank the FedEx Guy) bailed on her after he knocked her up (interesting footnote: she had twins). so basically, she was trying to set me up to be insta-dad to the FedEx Twins. she was also telling people that she was taking care of my truck for me while i was gone. i thought that was pretty interesting considering that i had 2 keys to said truck: one was somewhere in the North Atlantic along with me and 150 of my closest friends, and the other was with my fiancee (who is now my wife). now you can understand why my ex-wife's phone number was saved in my phone as "Psycho Bitch". one night after i came back, my fiancee and i were at a bar. she got drunk and called my ex and told her to leave me the fuck alone. never heard from her again. that's why you don't fuck with a drunk Irish redhead...
