i live only 300ish miles away and i am a college student myself...i knew people there (luckily they weren't involved) but still it hit close to home......

this is a senseless tragedy has hit close to home for many of us so do what you feel is right. If you are a collage student, get your collage to implament a paging system to warn students and faculty of dangers.
this to will help and keep the memory of those who died, alive.

Do not hold contempt for a race or group of people responsable, this was one man who was ill and went crazy. he had an agenda and he was determined to complete it.

This should not be a political issue or a 2nd Amenment issue, this is an issue of mental health and how are children can be affected by it.

Just be careful who you give your money to. You are doing a huge thing for those people, even if it is very little.

Last semester a freshman jumped out of the 20th story of a dorm here on campus. There were all sorts of little charities and stuff going around and i guarentee a few of them were phony.

Again though, my thoughts and prayers are still with those who have fallen and family and friends.

While VT was a major tragedy in the American Education incidents. We have lost 500 troops this week . What about supporting our fucking troops, 200 tropps where killed yesterday alone. Sometimes people in this country really piss me off because we are so quick to give condolences but won't ever given up anything that isn't convenient.

You calm down. This is an extremely patriotic site. Read through some of the articles, there is an article of us getting together, and donating items to the troops. Many of our members are troops. So before you get on your high horse. You better know who you are talking to. Cuz right now, you spoke out of your ass. Yea, we know whats goin on. Yea, its tough, but you also have to realize that is there job. These kids where trying to learn. With an extremely large majority with no means of defense. I am one person who supports the troops through thick and thin, but have some respect for the KIDS who were MURDERED by an insane son of a bitch. I don't know who you think you are going off on us because we don't have 50 fucking million threads about the troops, but we are an extremely patriotic site, and do countless number of things for these troops even if we don't advertise it for fucking kudos.
