Oh don't get me wrong...it would be a stupid stupid lawsuit that he'll likely lose, but that doesn't mean there won't be one...

Besides, judging by the license plate it is some European country so I have no clue what their liability laws are, but damn I laughed my ass off. I would love to represent the shop owner because I would just play that thing over and over and over for the jury. It is hard to punish someone when you're laughing that damn hard...

and I feel like all dynos should have guard rails that go around them once the car is on. This guy was lucky he didnt step on it when it was going the full speed of 74mph
