I already went through Ebay. its paypal...I wouldnt have to go to court, but i screwed up. When I bought this from the guy in NY, I paid for it and after a week, he never sent me a tracking number. SO, i opened a claim with paypal saying I never received the items. Well, when he sent me the tracking number, I closed the dispute because he sent me proof that it was on the way. And that he said he needed the money to pay some bills (im a sucker for stories). lol.Well, when I went to the post office to pick up the package (I was living in an apartment at the time, and they dont leave insured letters/packages in the mail), the mail clerk gave me an envelope. When I opened it, I got pretty pissed to see it was just a picture. So, I called PayPal and told them what happened and they said "Sorry, per your legal agreement that you made, you can only open ONE displute/claim per item that you are affiliated with." So, I went through like 4 levels of management to get this resolved and they wouldnt help me. PayPals business model BLOWS!!! Don't do business with they BTW ( www.paypalsucks.com ) They are scammers on their own, but I wont get into that here. So, after I got to the top in PayPal, the lady finally said "I'm sorry sir, but your going to have to eat that cost. Now, have I fully resolved your questions today? Can I help you with anything else?" Well, when I sent a registered letter to this guy that sold me the stuff (he said his name was Scott Greinstein on Ebay). It turns out that he was using the identity of the true Scott Greenstein. Which was a STUPID idea becuase the true Scott Greenstein is the president of Sirius Satellite Radio. Well, when he got the letter from me, he got kind of pissed. lol. So, he called me and said, "What the fuck is this man?" Well, longer story short, he got his Lawyers together, and found the imposter, and he gave me his address, so I sent him a registered letter to sue him..and yeah. Now I got to go to court for my case, and as a witness to him using the true Scott Greenstein's identity. Wow, my hands hurt after writing that. lol.
