eBay Scammer on Judge Judy

This chick sold cellphone "pictures' on eBay for hundreds of dollars, with misleading titles and descriptions leading people to believe they were bidding on the actual phones.

Judge Judy rips her a new ass, hilarious. It's a shame folks seem to think it's okay to intentionally mislead people and claim 'read the fine print' as a defense. I hope she ends up serving time over this.

That is one reason why I become more and more leary of using ebay. I have been screwed over twice, and am in no rush to be screwed over a 3rd time. I was lucky enough to get my money back both times, but I don't want to see the time that I don't get my money back. Also these companies had good ratings as well.

I use eBay daily.... I sell stuff on there all the time.

My feedback is 100%. If your gonna buy something and the seller does not have perfect or near perfect feedback stay clear.

I have problems with ebay too, the buyers never pay!!

I'm not sure that this video is real though in some parts I think a person put voice over the original in the video because there mouths don't match what they're saying...

yeah, i watched that episode.. She had to give 5k to the buyer. lol. What sucks is I bought a PS3 and a Wii for my brother off of Ebay and I paid $800.00. Well, he sent me a picture of the items instead of the actual systems. Court date is in 1 month

what sucks is I have to go to NYC for court.

Well if this is real then that conartist can sue Judge Judy for public humiliation and god knows what else. Then she can appeal that court case to another court. With that said who knows she probably still hasn't spent one cent to the victim... and by the looks of that conartist she can't afford 5k...

97stanger if that is true you should call ebay up right now so they can suspend his pay pal account so he can't get your money out of it! Ebay has their own team that investigates that kind of stuff so you will get your money.
