How hard do YOU push?

i thought this was going to be about someone having another baby ....

i workout till im about to pass out. I get pale and shake all over.

I say push till you physically not mentally can't. I have made my self puke several times and I feel like that means I pushed hard enough. U build muscle by pushing past your limits. I hate leg day by the way I spend 3 days walking funny afterwards lol.

I admit I have fallen off the band wagon for working out. Maybe just because I have spent so many hours shoveling snow and sweating my ass off. When I do work out I try to keep it under "just about to puke" level. I don't have a heart monitor, but I would guess my heart rate is up there. I always get the shakes when I am done and trying to wash my hair is laughable when I try to get my arms above my head. Puking is not worth the damage it does to your teeth; at least to me it's not.
