shoulders pop/crack when working out?


my shoulders pop/crack when i do shoulder exercises, just wondering if its common or bad.

I've heard the product animal flex by universal is great for joint pain. If it just cracking, no pain, it's nothing to worry about.

my knees do that...but I know why.

Are you warming up and cooling down properly? Or just diving straight into it?

I've always found I pop and crack a lot less if I'm well stretched before and after.

But if its hurting you or you feel like you're lacking the proper strength or stability all of a sudden, that is something to get checked out.

Aka: learn from my fail. Don't wait if that's the case. I waited too long cause I didn't want to get taken out of season and did some serious wear and damage that way.

almost every joint in my body cracks at some point in the day for me, as long as theres no pain there shouldnt be a problem. its like cracking your knuclkles, a build up of gas

have you ever had a bad injury to your shoulder?
