Its been over 6 years since I lived in the US and have only been back 2X and only for vacation (4 days, and 10 days) so I don't know the laws anymore when it comes to these. What is the strongest you can buy as a civilian, I want someone to bring me a couple of them cause we are not allowed to own a gun here legally, unfortunately, and I want something else for home protection, I currently have a stun gun, the good one that shoots the wires, but would like to have a back up, just in case some crackhead tries to break in my house.
I live in a really nice gated community, but this is the first time in my life I have never had a gun within reach of me while sleeping. I fortunately have never needed it, and probably/hopefully never will but makes me feel better to have something with a little more distance than a machete or baseball bat when I go down to investigate those strange bumps in the night... haha

So long story short, whats the strongest spray I can have someone buy and where?

Depends on what state you buy it in, California has the strictest laws. Come to Az. You can buy just about anything made. Key things to look at are SHU (scoville heat units) 2,000,000 heat units is max, and the best to get. Also percentage, usually 10% is optimum, you don't want too high of a concentration or the effect takes longer to set in. Since you have a tazer get Sabre Red, it's tazer safe and will not light the bad guy up like a roman candle if you use both.

Now please explain to me why I would not want to "light the bad guy up like a roman candle" ? haha I need one that is not tazer safe, unless its going to somehow shock my ass... Im not to worried while at home, have 3 big Dobermans that have my back, but nice for my wife and mom to have while out alone. Its really safe around here, contrary to most peoples beliefs on Mexico, but we won't get into that, I am more worried about stupid drunks, cause its a tourist area and like the other night some drunk college age kids, about 5 approached my wife, being kind of disrespectful until they got closer and saw the dog.

From a liability standpoint it would be a nightmare. Not sure how the laws are in Mexico but you could be facing criminal charges in most states up here if you caught the bad guy on fire. A few different agencies in Az used to carry either Punch II or Bodyguard LE which both have an alcohol based carrier. While it's quite effective because it opens the pores and aids the effect of the OC it has a rather predictable outcome when spark is added. And if the dude lives.....you won't survive the lawsuit.

One of the many great things about Mexico, Hurting a "bad guy" will not get you in trouble, and I don't think there is even a word in spanish that means "lawsuit" haha

Knowing how things are in Mexico, I would say that if you do hurt him no matter what you use, you will be in deep shit for a while...

One of the workers that were fixing a kitchen cabinet in an apartment arrived late one day and it turned out that some one entered his house and tried to rob them. A dog attacked him (the guy I know) and also the ones that tried to rob (they did take a stereo) and the criminals filed a report for the damages and even though they entered illegally and took something he was there for a while fixing everything for hours at a time in the police. I'm not sure of what was the outcome because I didn't go back to check on their work due to a certain problem with my mustang but I am 99% sure that the criminals were just set free and he most likely even lost money to settle the things. The dog wasn't even his... it was of one of his apprentices.
