Yes, I can eat it. Honestly, I don't have an issue with eating anything dog related. It's not like I have a moral dilema about eating dog. The only thing that governs what I will and won't eat is how it tastes.

While most people won't eat cow tongue, it's most excellent.

Not that concerned about making $10-$15. It's a single Coyote. If there were multiple, I would think about it. But one isn't worth it, IMO.
