On a side note I am ordering my Spike's complete 16" midlength in a few hours from now. Damn that 3-4week backorder.

Are you ordering from spikes tac or AIMsurplus? I got mines from AIM for $499.95 shipped to my door. No backorder, but i bought the last one. They restocked within a day or two, and as i just saw, it's already been sold out again
