I don't think thats the trick.

I think that there is already water in the larger glasses. You just can't see it because he (she?) takes care not to move them when pouring a smaller glass into a bigger one.

Plus, look at the color of the liquid (I'm assuming its milk). It dilutes every time its poured. Its really white in the first glass and very pale in the last glass.

Thats my theory, anyway.

there is a glass cylinder inside each of the glasses with water in it. its more noticable when she pours the liquid into the fourth cup when it splashes a little on the water in the cylinder. You can also tell there is something in there because of the speed that the glass fills compared to the amount of liquid being poured. then when going back down the line the person is carefull not to pour the liquid inside the cylinders.
