The purpose of an interview is not usually to determine how much you know about the work you'll be doing. The purpose of an interview is to get to know the person. I've done interviews and I work with guys who do interviews. When I was in college I got the best piece of advice from the guy who does nearly all the interviews at the biggest company in my town. He said when he does interviews he's not looking for the smartest and brightest person to do the job. What he's looking for is someone with a good personality that's pleasant to be around. He can teach anyone to do the job that needs to be done. But you can not teach people to be humble, respectful, or likeable.

To me, that was an important concept to understand that completely changed how I did in my interviews. Most of the questions asked can turn into conversations instead of simple "ask question" "answer question quickly" format. They might throw in a simple question or two that relates to the job. But most questions are designed to determine your personality and who you are. Not how much you know.

I did not get the job. They said they liked my attitude and qualifications but decided to go with someone with more experience. story of my life. I need experience but someone always has more, so I will never have experience is what I am experiancing

Yeah I am not applying for anything that requires that kind of test. Hell these people call me while I am already at work. I will not waste my time with those personality test anymore. For the time spent filling one out, you can fill out 5 actual applications.
