alright, so a few weeks ago in shop class i was sitting there chilling with my friends when this Giant Joe Nelson decides to start talking shit to me, (not the first time he has done this, he had been trying to pick a fight with me since the beginning of the school year) so he starts saying things like your moms my bitch and your my bitch, but first you are her bitch. so i just sit there and the only thing i say back to him was, well in that case then i guess i forgot to tell you that your sister is my bitch. well his sister is fine and he apparently was touchy about her.

so he gives me a dirty look and after class when i am at my locker getting some books out i hear hay marc, so i turn around and get a sucker punch to the nose. well it instantly broke my nose and i figured it wasn't worth further injury to retaliate.

so i go into the boys locker room (right next to my locker) and let my nose bleed out over the sink while i try to straiten my nose. well the fucker comes back into the locker room and tries to fight me with his entire group of friends backing him up against just me with a broken nose. i of course decline and so the principal finds out about it (things travel fast in a small school) and so the kid is set up with a court date.

so i just talked with the D.A. today and he says that there are a few options, one we can have him locked away for two years in juvi. and after that come out without any probation or anything and most likely what he would do is just sit in there getting madder and madder at me so that when he came out i would have no idea what he might try to do. or option two, just send him to juvi for 45 days and after he comes out he would have like 3 or 4 years of probation and community service to do and things like that. and with both options he would have to pay for all the medical bills

so i guess the reason i am writing this is to ask for your guys es advice on how to deal with his friends and all the kids who are giving me shit for this and how to get them to just leave me alone about it.

any help would be appreciated

I am not considered a big guy at all, but i have been in a few scraps...All it takes is one hit back and the bigger guys usually back down..Dont let them bully you around man..i mean what could you do with all his buddies there but the first time he hit you, you should have hit back...

My first fight was freshman year...A dude kept pushing me in P.E...it was all cool until he swung..He knicked my nose, i acted like it was nothing. he said "dude, i got you good!" and then I threw a hay maker! I broke the dude's nose. I got 5 days suspension and he only got one...He started the pushing and threw the first punch...Not my fault mine landed. Then a similar situation my sophomore year during baseball season..i was starting varsity that year and a senior got pissed because i was starting over him so he wanted to scrap! Wrong move! I beat him down at the movies on a saturday night, and he quit the baseball team the following monday when everybody asked what happened to his eye.

The biggest i ever was in high school was 5'11" and 165 pounds. I was smaller than that during my two fights

haha reminds me of 7th grade on the bus.. this kid in the seat in front of me had been talking shit all week and he turned around on the bus and grazed my nose with his fist.. it kind of pissed me off, but i let it slide and told him if he touched me again i was gonna start swingin.. he just poked my wrist just to be an asshole and man i threw a NICE punch and knocked him back in his seat... he left me alone for the rest of the trip, but thanks to school bus security cameras, i got 5 days out of school suspension

beef up a bit, im sure theres nothing worse than worrying during your whole school experience. unless he's like a hardcore gangster he's not gonna go after your family man. he's probably just your average bully who does that shit to get attention.
and to whoever said big guys back down... uh uh. im a big guy. more fat than muscle but i never back down. ive been in a few fights first in elementary. but i can hold my own. i may only get a few hits in but thats all it takes. just dont hit my money maker too hard i pass out easily

Also in a fight dont be afraid to use what is in your enviroment...IE Lockers, books, desks, old people, lumber, and etc...I have never been a big dude (5'7 155 in school like 180 now) and I did not mind a fight...And I never have and never will care how big you are...Becuase I dont fight fair...I will fight ya one on one and all but if there is $hit around I can hit you with you can damn well be for sure you are going to get hit with it...

I just dont care...And I still fight to this day...

I alway been a big guy (6'2 230) and I weigth lift since 6 grade so I have never being in a figth cause every one is scared of me lol.... in the seventh grade I went in a figth I just punch the guy in the stomach and then punch him in the jaw and he was gone and since here in Puerto Rico schools dont care for figth they didnt do anything.... figthing in schools here on P.R is crazy there r cities here that had problems with students killing with gun and all....
