Yer, I can either launch it just right, or smoke the tires if I like.

o_ô My car takes off in first eather spinning the tires or bogging lol ( I take off @ sub 1000 RPM's cause I don't want another ticket for chirping the tires) I will admit... The car bogs down if you launch under 2K RPM's...

I'm glad to say bwal finally pointed to the right direction

To accelerate normally, you shouldn't have any bogging. Without touching the gas, you should be letting the clutch out just until it starts to engage. As soon as it engages, gently roll on to the throttle. There should be no bog.
As for racing, you wouldn't launch the car under 2k rpm anyway, that is not where all the power is. Your 300 horse is at almost 6000 rpm, and your torque peak is at 4500 rpm. I can launch mine at around 2500 and get no wheel spin.

@ Luis

but seriously, i wasn't expecting it to be so LOUD.. i mean we have mustangs at home with flowmasters and turbo mufflers and everything, but they are NOTHING compared to the newer stangs.. go ahead and laugh at me, but there were 2 times that the car went dead on me because i didn't give it enough gas to accelerate from a stop just because it was so loud and i felt like i was over revving it

Hell anything is faster than my GT. I can't understand how Ford could take 5.0 Liters make it look really badass and then still get beat by my mom's 98' Suburban.

I haven't raced... lol... I'm accostumed to launching slowly, and when I gotta launch fast on a curb, I pretty much don't want to launch without bogging... I'd be sideways if I launched hard lol... done that one to many times... its cool, but when my sisters are with me, I gotta drive as perfect as possible.

Instead of having an actual throttle cable I think its just a wire that sends signals to the tb to open and close and what not, but I am not for sure that would be my best guess with out looking around for an answer!

and i guess some people can feel a lag WTF? The speed of light or sound or electricty lol is quicker than what you can feel especally when the wire is less than 10 feet long! lol

The TB is opened and closed by a little electric motor instead of the normal cable pulling it to open and the spring to close it.... I kinda hate it cause the engine kinda lags (when I let go of the gas and I have desingaged the clutch it takes about 1 sec for the revs to actually drop since the litle motor isn't as fast as the spring)
