Even headbutts were legal to throw lol. Absolute animals back then. I kinda liked it. And Ken Shamrock was a fuckin maniac...taking on guys much bigger than him and he beat the hell out of them. The good ol days.

OMG, the first video made me cringe. And the second one, well I won't lie I giggled just a bit. The second that big guy hit the ground, dude started fucking his world up. I imagined him just screaming "Hammerfist, Hammerfirst, Hammerfist!!" I would have done the same thing though that was a Huge guy.

Definitely. It's a great sport as it is, nothing quite as personally challenging or satisfying as knocking someone else around. I got back into the training a bit last year and put in a year back into my bjj and about 6 mo. of standup. After getting hurt a lot and getting my nose broken, the (now) wife put an end to my fighting, lol.

i've taken a few classes, not enough to say i'm any good, but i really like it. i want to get into it more, but going to college and working take up all my time this semester. I'm hoping to get into more next semester though.

LOL yeah I remember watching the first ever Ultimate Fighting Championship tournaments with hardly any rules and fighters would have to fight more than once that same day to win the tourney. That's crazy lol
