Are you serious? If he consented, I don't see the problem. For one, he should have known better than to not wrap it up. Two, according to the story they went at it for 30 seconds. Hell, I'd pay the bitch to just shut up and not tell anyone that. Lastly, the age gap isn't that big. Is it pushing it? Yes. That's just my opinion.

I don't agree with the law, but it is what it is. I just don't want to see someone get away with it while others pay the rest of their lives after being convicted with that shit. I agree he is old enough, and this whole situation is ridiculous, but I'd be pissed if someone pulled this shit and accused me just to get money, and then not have to suffer any consequences.

It's generally accepted by us (you know, normal people) as consent, however if I remember reading correctly, where he was or whatever, the age of consent is 18 or something, where most states that I can remember are 16 or so (I don't remember if it's the general public or leo's - someone raised the point that she's admitting to having sex with a minor regardless of laws, and may face charges).

I personally don't care...good for him if he is actually able to get some.
