My place was tampered with

Last night, I did not go out. I decided to stay at home and mellow out for once. I fell asleep at about 10pm and prior to doing so I did my regular check of the house. Downstairs and check shit. Make sure lights are off and all.

So between 10pm and 7am today, someone entered my apartment/townhouse through the sliding glass door to my patio, took a shit, and left. Mind boggling isn't it?

The way I know it wasn't me, fucker ate corn and I haven't eaten corn in a solid 2 weeks. Also, no toilet paper. Dumbass didn't even wipe his ass. At first it looked like someone puked in there and then I saw the turd... I went to go check the sliding door and it was BARELY open, but the latch was down, and the curtains were slightly moved.

Monday I'm going to my apartment manager and telling her what went down. If she even so happens to say "Well, it isn't my problem. You should keep your doors locked." I'll tell her point blank that "Well, it WILL be your problem when I just so happen to catch this person doing it again and you're held responsible for the death of said person. You of all people know that I keep a loaded pistol by my bed. If someone is there and I haven't invited them or haven't been notified, guess what will happen? I shoot first and ask later. It'll be your problem then."

This shit irritates the absolute hell out of me and I'm half tempted to leave it unlocked again and wait for the fucker on my couch in the dark...

I have some tools, my drag radials, a craftsman low pro jack, my Alvarez acoustic guitar, and some other little things down there too right near the door. I haven't put the stuff away yet. I checked it all. Everything is there.

Sorry if you think I'm being a dick, but if you have all that expensive stuff sitting right next to the door why don't you lock it? If I were you I'd be less mad about someone taking a phantom dump and more be thankful that they didn't walk out of your house with $1000+ worth of stuff...

Those locks on sliding glass doors are so damn easy to get into. We keep a wooden dowel on the track because all you have to do is pick the door up and pull over while you set it down, and it unlocks.
