#2 I am very happy for you on finding a girl that sounds like she is long-term material (she has goals, etc). Your vision on looking for this type of quality alone reflects that at (21?) that you have pocketed that quality on your radar and in my opinion speaks volumes of maturity.

#3 Young Jedi, keep in mind that you are both very young and either of your lives could take a huge turn quickly at your ages as there is so much to learn and experience. Since this seems like a golden opportunity for you, my advice for you is to allow her to grow as an individual. Meaning, at this point she obviously seems interested in you (planning a December ski trip already) and what you don't want to happen is for the relationship to take over either one, OR, both of your lives that impacts personal growth, school, and other friendships/family. She seems smart from what you type and if she feels the relationship is taking over her ability to grow as a woman, at this early and critical stage in her life, you might lose her. So, be open with her and let her know that you want to find the right balance of school/work/play/relationship that works for both of you, but still allows the relationship to grow.

I only took 3 women home to meet my family, but dated tons of others. After you both become more comfortable with each other (aka have banged), take her to meet your family. Women like that shit. If she does the same, then she's probably into you A LOT.

If you meet her parents, IMPRESS THE SHIT OUT OF THEM. Smart girls, unlike guys, usually listen to at least one of their parents for influence (aka mom). This means while you're out on the dates, ask about her parents and what they're into. Whatever hobbies her parents are into, go look that shit up on the internet so you can carry a conversation with her parents related to a certain topic and sound interested in their hobbies. Winning the parents over will help the growth of the relationship.

If you meet her friends, ACT LIKE THEIR OPINIONS MATTER. She'll be influenced more by her friends than her parents most likely, WIN THEM THE FUCK OVER. Include them in conversations, compliment their outfits (in a non-creepy way), laugh at their jokes even if they're dumb as shit (this goes for parents too). If she has single GF's they might see you as a threat to their relationship with her (just be aware of this and manage the tread lightly).

You see how this works in layers of circles? Gain acceptaince at each layer of circle and you'll eventually become one of her new circles.

As far as a real nice date, at this time of year there is probably a nice xmas light setup somewhere at like a park, public gardens, or something and walk around looking at the lights and talk. Take her to one of those and then do dinner afterwards. Women like that shit.

Don't talk about your ex's for the love of all humanity, women hate that shit. Talk about your vision of how you see yourself succeeding at each goal you set for yourself and challenge her to meet her goals as well. Find out how you can help her achieve her goals.

Thanks bud! She really is absolutely stunning. I mean what I say when I say that she's probably the one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen, let alone taken out before. The whole time she was in my car last night I was like, "Is this real?" hahahaha

In regards to being young and allowing relationships to grow properly, I learned that lesson the hard way with my last relationship. My ex and I literally screwed everything up that we had because we just stifled one another and we rushed into everything. Kayla and I are taking things slow here off the bat, so that's AWESOME to me. For instance, our next date isn't for another week. I like that. We both seem to be on the same page there without having actually said anything specifically regarding that. It's too early to have that conversation. hahahhaa

Regarding meeting family, I see it as one of the biggest compliments a significant other can give you if you get to meet their family. She doesn't live too far from where we go to school, and with Winter Break coming and me staying here in Colorado over break instead of going home to Vegas, I think there could be a possibility of me meeting her Mom at some point. She and her Mom have a super tight relationship so yes, I agree. I really would love to meet her mom but we'll see if and when that happens.

Unfortunately the ex conversation was brought up already. Last night we were in the car and I was at a stop light and a police officer waved to me: it was the cop here in town who wrote me my first ever ticket and who I fought in court on it for. So I was telling her that story and the sequence events that happened in those three days (Break Up, Ticket, and a Burglary at my home all within three days), so she briefly asked about that. But I told her that Lex and I were still great friends, that it was 100% for the best, and she said it was "very mature" to have taken the stance that I did about our separation, so I think it actually worked out okay.
